$50 non-refundable booking fee and signed contract are required to secure date and time. Balance due 2 days prior to the session.

Ensure you arrive prepared for your photo session. Plan to arrive 15 minutes early. If you are more than 5 minutes past your scheduled time, you will need to re-book and will lose your booking fee.

Pet Policy: We currently maintain a pet-free studio for our newborn and allergy-sensitive clients.  However, we love pets and are happy to offer outdoor lifestyle photo session where we can work together to re-create a customized Christmas Theme .  Please contact us for additional details.

Christmas Mini Session Themes: Alpine Lodge, Light of Joy, and Winter Wonderland

This year our setups will be stationary & available for any day you chose. Simply select your theme preference (or wait to decide until the day of), your session date, and time. If you change your preference after booking, feel free to contact me to update your selection!

• Alpine Lodge - This theme is a moody set up with lots of warm lights, Alpine Lodge is the perfect Christmas getaway, filled with nature, textures, and a cozy home feel. This setup is very versatile and is great for formal, glam, casual, and traditional Christmas wear. This is a large setup, 20ft wide backdrop, perfect for families of up to 8. Family of 6 is included in session price, additional persons are $15/person (may add up to 2).
• Light of Joy - This Children ONLY theme, is the minimalist Christmas retreat. Simple textures and colors are perfect to combine with neutral or earthy tones. Every child loves a teepee and a sled! Great for solo poses, but may fit up to 3 Children.
• Winter Wonderland - Who knew you can have snow in Florida? Well, here at our studio, we don't believe your geographic location should preclude you from that snowy Christmas feel! This theme has a beautiful white blanket of snow, and cool blue frosted forest backdrop. Falling snow is added in photoshop to one or two images in your gallery. This set is great for children or small family groups (up to 4).

All remaining balances are due before the photo shoot based on contract.

Editing policy:

Basic editing (light correction, cropping, color correction, skin blemishes, and minor skin smoothing on select close-up photos included in your price. All other types of photo alterations including but not limited to head swaps, teeth whiting, clean up background, advanced detailing edits, object removal, background or dress extensions, people removal, composites, advanced skin smoothing, body shaping, or changes to the photos, this will cost extra. Contact us for a quote as these can be done on a per image basis.
